Breakfast with the Easter Bunny

Hey guys, it's me....Luke. Today was a fun day! Mommy took me to have breakfast with the Easter Bunny at 8am this morning. Grammy and Grandpa Jeff were there and so were my great aunt and uncle Denise and Doug, mommy's cousins Dougie and Melanie and my other cousins, Brayden and Gavin! it was so much fun. I got my picture taken with the Easter Bunny, but didn't eat my cereal or applesauce because there was so much to look at. Afterwards, we walked around the mall and went to Old Navy. It was fun shopping....again. My mom and Grammy always take me shopping. hahaha...

My mom also gave me a bath tonight in the kitchen sink. It was my second time and I really like it. Plus, mommy says it's easier on her and daddy's back. Here are a few of me in the sink.....

Mommy and Daddy say that i have been so happy lately. It's because I am just one happy guy and I love my mommy and daddy and shaylee of course. They always make me smile and laugh. But they say I am one silly boy...i do a new trick now with my tongue. its really fun....my mom took a video of it. watch.....

Well, mom took me to the dr last Monday for my 6 month check and shots. (I hate those by the way. Those are NOT fun at all) and I weigh 15 lbs 1 oz and was 25 1/4 inches long. I grew about 2 lbs and about 1/4 inches in length. not much growth and i am about in the 10th percentile for both. but that is okay...mom and dad say i am just a little guy. a cute little guy.

A day of fun with Auntie Emily!

Today we went to Hummel again because it was so pretty out! My sister Emily came with us this time and we had so much fun. we had a picnic lunch (luke hat a biscuit!) and then we played. Thanks Emily for going with us. Luke really enjoyed it.
"hmmm...wonder if mommy and auntie will take me over there to play with that thing......"

6 months today!!

Today Luke is 6 months old. 6 months...half a year! its crazy to think that our little boy will be one in 6 more months! He has grown so much and has learned so many things, its amazing. Here is a little journey.

A day of fun!

We were able to get again today and go to the park! This time to Hummel Park. I love going there, it is so nice. It has so many different trails to walk along and lots of playground equipment. Just Luke and Mommy went and we had fun. The first picture is Luke when we arrived. He was sooo sleepy! and the next one was right when he woke up..he's like, "where did you take me now mommy??" He also sat in a swing for the first time today too and he loved it! I didnt swing him too high, but he just sat there enjoying every minute of them. he made NO sound. I think he was still tired though.

We had our very last Mommy and Me class today at the Aquatic Center. Our teacher thought she was going to be able to get the Center to offer the class for free, but they wouldnt allow that. So they cancelled it for the summer and will attempt to start it back up in the Fall. They cancelled the Toddler Time all together! So, we will see if we join it again in the Fall, by that time Luke will be almost one and may really really like it then. It was sad to say goodbye to Miss Katie, Luke's teacher. she was really sweet. I still keep in touch with the other mom and her son Isaac, we take a class at the library together and have exchanged emails so we can get together sometime. she is really nice, and Isaac is sooo cute! Luke and he are buddies!! Thats what we called them in class at least..hahaha..

The Childrens Museum

We went to the Childrens Museum today with our good friends Missy, Josh, and Sarah. We had alot of fun, and Luke really liked it. He just soaked everything in! We can't wait to go back, maybe we can take Daddy next time.
