9 months

Hey all! It's me Luke. Well, our family has been so busy moving into our new house. I love living here. There is so much more to get into, plus, I just love being with my mommy and daddy and shaylee anyway. I have a lot of new things to share with all of you!

I am going to be 9 months old tomorrow. Mommy and Daddy said that they can't believe it. I have gotten so big and smart too. I love to sit and figure out how things work. Especially feet. Those are my FAVORITE things to watch right now! Especially when they have pretty polish on them. Mom says that is what girls wear to be pretty. I really like it!

I have done a lot of new things this past month.

First, Mommy and Daddy had to pack up our old house. I helped....

then we moved to our new one! I have a new room (mommy and daddy said that they painted it a big boy blue.) and i really love it. here are some pics of me waking up from a nap in my new room... Mom and Dad also bought me a cool new pool at a garage sale and Mommy and i got in it. It was fun. but i was more interested in watching the landscaper next door work his bobcat tractor. They also put up my new swing! we bought it for our old house, but didn't have anywhere to hang it and now we do! yay! that is a great thing cause I LOVE IT!! I even went to Chuck E. Cheese's for the first time too. I really loved to ride the cars there...esp the Bob the Builder one. and the lights on the stage are really cool!

we even went to the Zoo for the first time too. Daddy got to take a day off of work to go with us and we had soooo much fun. my favorite thing was the dolphin show and dome. i love those dolphins! we didnt get many pictures, but here is me and daddy by the giraffes.
and to top it off, I went swimming for the first time in a big pool yesterday with my cousins and auntie and mommy. we all floated around in our baby floats. me and Brayden and Gavin. it was so much fun....mommy said she cant wait to go on vacation now!! My mommy and daddy celebrated their 3 year anniversary on Tuesday. I helped mommy take a suprise present to daddy's office (it was a yummy box of chocolates and a card) and then when we got home, somebody delivered flowers to mommy! they were from daddy and boy was my mommy so suprised! they were really pretty and mommy let me smell them. but i really just wanted to pull them out!

I am not crawling yet....but I can get up on my knees and rock back and forth. so i'm going to take off soon. that is so much fun. I have also learned how to sit on my bottom from that rocking position too. I really like to stand up and walk and can even pull myself all the way up to standing. So, mommy and daddy had to lower my bed all the way down.

that is all that is new with me! Mommy told me she will try to update a whole lot more often now that we have this internet. hope you enjoyed all my pictures!!
