Mister Man Luke

well, I know a while back we posted that Luke took his first steps. Needless to say...he has yet to really walk like that again. He did, however, take 2 steps today by himself...and of course to Brandon. He just loves his daddy. We think it's because he is not a fan of doing things that he is just not that good at yet. Like, it will take him a while to figure it out...but he has to do it in his own time and at his own pace. Which is fine by me! I don't know if I'm really quite ready for my 10.5 month old to be walking just yet. :)

He has been in such a good mood this week, but I guess he always is. He is such a happy baby and just a JOY to be around all the time. We love this kid soooo much!!

Here he is doing his new trick....climbing up Brandon's chairs he bought at Earl's Auction. Yes....he climbed through them and up them, like it was a jungle gym. This kid is not afraid to try something new.

We also did a new thing this week and visited Bouncertown in Greenwood. It is a place to go and play in lots of bounce houses. I thought Luke would really love it...and of course he did....poor guy just didn't have a whole lot to play with. We'll try it again next year when you are a little bigger buddy! I promise!!Christin and Ava riding on the Dragon...Here he is standing up next to the refrigerator playing with his number magnets. He looks so serious in the second one! These pictures really make him look like a little boy....not a baby anymore.....where has all the time gone?!?! Going down the slide in his pool....he LOVES that slide!
and opening up his new book from his monthly free book club.

and teaching us a new way to use his ocean wonder's crawling gym....umm...I don't think that is how you are supposed to use it Lukey...you crawl UNDER it remember? :) He is so smart.
